  • We deliver on Saturday morning, handle 100% of the game setup, and return on Sunday between 4 and 6pm to load everything away. You don’t lift a finger. Weekend Pack rentals are picked up Monday between 4 and 6pm.

  • You get our entire interactive inventory—Jumbo Connect 4, Jumbo Jenga, and Illuminated LED Cornhole—displayed on custom turf presentation mats.

  • Yes. An authorized adult (18+) must be present briefly during drop-off and pickup to confirm equipment placement and property access.

  • We proudly serve the Eugene and Springfield communities exclusively.

  • We do not issue weather refunds, but our clean inventory fits easily onto covered patios, inside garages, or straight into your indoor living spaces.

  • We ask that you book at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations 7 or more days out get a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days out get 50%. No refunds within 72 hours. You can reschedule your booking automatically through your original confirmation email up to 72 hours before delivery.

  • We will set up on any flat, stable surface you choose. For safety, our Jumbo Jenga requires a completely level, firm ground.

  • Yes. Stix & Play is a registered Oregon LLC backed by a comprehensive general liability policy through NEXT Insurance.
